- Assistance with conducting an analysis on the employer’s workforce using the Workforce Analysis Report (EEA12). To determine the under and over representations per occupational category by using the latest Economically Active Population (EAP) statistics.
- Construct and assist with the implementation of an Employment Equity Plan (EEA13) in accordance with the EEA12. Advice and guidance on barriers and affirmative actions with clear timeframes and objectives. Assistance with aligning company policies and procedures with Employment Equity goals and targets.
- Annual reporting to Department of Labour on the online reporting system by drafting the Workforce Report (EEA2) and Income Differential Statement (EEA4) on behalf of the employer.
- Assistance with structuring an equitable representing EE Committee across all occupational levels by elections and nominations. Guidance on quarterly or monthly EE meetings including drafting of agendas and minutes as proof of consultation.
- Annual EE audits to evaluate the employer’s level of compliance. Ensuring that the EE compliance file is compliant with the EE Regulations. Assisting the employer with Departmental audits and guidance with any recommendations made by the Labour Inspector.
