Guidance and assistance with the Workplace Skills Plan & Annual Training Reports:
- To register as a primary Skills Development Facilitator on the dedicated SETA’s system on behalf of the company. Ensuring the company’s information is updated including banking details. Auditing the previous WSP/ATR submissions to determine if there are any outstanding grants payable to the company.
- Gathering proof of training implemented in the last year including internal training. Assisting the company with drafting a training matrix for new planned training. Guidance on application for discretionary grants and which interventions to plan for according to the SETA’s Sector Skills Plan (SSP).
- Drafting and submitting a WSP/ATR Report on the dedicated SETA’s online system in line with SETA requirements to ensure mandatory grant application approval. To construct and submit a PIVOTAL Report for a discretionary grant application in line with the SETA’s SSP for additional funding in support of further Skills Development within the workplace.
- To assist with any SETA related queries and contractual agreements that may accrue after a successful WSP/ATR & PIVOTAL Report submission. To follow up with grant payments and provide recon statements to the company for grants paid by the SETA.
